Member’s Mark™ Breakfast Blend Coffee comes in 100 single-serve cups, each with a smooth, mild roast. These cups work with Keurig and other single-serve coffee makers and provide a great cup of coffee in no time.

The Story of Sourcing
Member’s Mark coffee comes from a number of cooperatives in Colombia. You buy this coffee directly from ASOANEI, a co-op of farmers and growers. This helps them feed their families, support their communities, and put food on their tables. Every purchase helps family farmers grow and flourish, making sure they can do so for years to come. ASOANEI has also put $318,745 into production and quality infrastructure, which has helped the co-op improve quality and get better prices for all 523 of their farmer members. They also give training to staff and members to help support and strengthen efforts to enhance quality.

Farmer Quote: “We will keep doing our best to give you the best coffee we can.” We campesinos work the hardest and make the least money at the end of the day. So, if you could lower the pricing, that would be excellent for us.

One brew at a time, we’re making a difference.

When you drink Fair Trade Certified™ coffee, you support farmers and workers by giving them the chance to make a living, work in safe conditions, and build stronger communities.

More than $2 million put in.

Your purchases of Member’s Mark coffees in 2017 brought in almost $2.7 million for farmers and their families. They used this money to buy new tools, train people, buy backpacks for students, and more—all to help their communities become more sustainable and successful.

Use coffee grounds in fun ways

Hey, did you know that the coffee grounds from our Member’s Mark Fair Trade Certified™ coffee have some unique applications even after you’ve made your coffee? Take a look at these three great ways to use your old coffee grounds again:

Eliminate smells: Coffee has nitrogen in it, which is fantastic in getting rid of smells. To get rid of bad smells, just leave an open container of used grinds around. You may also make a small sachet to hang around your house or put in your car. Make sure that grounds are absolutely dry so that mold doesn’t grow. Oh, and here’s a cool tip: rub some old coffee grounds on your hands after you touch foods that smell strong, like garlic or onions. The smell will go away.
To make an exfoliator, mix the coffee grounds with some grainy sugar and your preferred oil. Scrub your wet skin with the concoction, and then rinse it off. Your skin will be grateful!
To clean places that are hard to reach, sprinkle the grounds over pots, pans, gardening tools, or even your grill grates. The rough texture is great for getting rid of grease, tough stains, and food that won’t come off.

Notes: After brewing, used coffee grounds still have some moisture in them, so make sure to store them in the fridge, freezer, or dry them out to keep mold from growing.
